Arsopi manufactures stainless steel and other special steels equipment for the dairy-products, drinks, chemical and petrochemical industries.

Arsopi has a team of technico-commercial experts able to address customers' requests, looking at and working on proposals tailor-made to their particular requirements.

Technical Department

A drawing office equipped with 18 AutoCAD Mechanical 2004 and 2 Autodesk Inventor Series 8. Technical documentation management software - Workcenter. Calculation software for pressure equipment in accordance with ASME sec VIII Div.1, T.E.M.A., AD-Merkblater 2000, PD 5500, CODAP 2000 and E.N. 13445-3 codes.

Manufacturing

Powerful modern equipment that can machine parts of up to 6m in diameter, handle 180 tonnes, calender 65 mm thick plates and manufacture dished heads. We also have ovens for thermal treatment, induction ovens, modern plasma welding equipment, synergic MIG or pulsed TIG.

Quality control

Trained and qualified personnel control our processes and products. They perform spectrometry chemical analysis, even to mechanical calibration tests on measuring and testing equipment, and also ultrasonic NDTs or X-rays.

The Arsopi Foundry produces parts for the manufacture of machinery and equipment for Food, Drinks, Textile, Paper, Cellulose, Chemical and Petrochemical products, and mainly for Valve and Pump manufacturers.
