The company, founded in 1981 by Crispim Abreu, produces and makes up fabrics, providing services in the same line of business as well. Classified as a Woven-Fabrics Manufacturer, we also turn out mass-produced outerwear.

The company has long and successfully made changes to its organizational structure. This policy has led to increases in productivity and quality, not to mention a more flexible approach to production.

Crispim Abreu & Cª, Lda., employing a workforce of 130 people, produces a turnover of some € 13.966.341,11 year. To warrant such sales, we produce various articles in diversified ranges. These include home textiles and sportswear, using fabrics woven at our plant.

Essentially, we are an export-oriented company, catering for sophisticated and demanding customers in Europe and the US.

Our modern facility, equipped with the latest in technology enables us to offer a vast range of quality options, efficiently meeting with customers’ specific requirements.

Looking to the future, we are engaged in an ongoing investment in state-of-the-art technologies, so that we can continue to produce more and increasingly better quality goods. Currently we are in the process of putting in place a huge investment in the Dyeing sector. That move will afford the company the independence and know-how it needs to increase its market penetration capability on all levels (Capacity/Quality/Lead Times).

Similarly, we have restructured our Home Textiles’ production units so that we can expand further in that field.
