Created in 1991, the ParaRede Group is a leading Portuguese IT systems integrator.
2004 was a good year for ParaRede. An increase in clients, the reinforcement
of some national partnerships and the repositioning of our offer,
generated a revenue of €37.8 million, a net profit of €2.6 million
and an EBITDA/Sales margin of 6.8%.
During this past year, ParaRede acquired
several companies: Damovo
Portugal, to increase our network solutions portfolio, WhatEverNet
Computing, one of the best Portuguese IT companies, and GAIN, a national
leader in POS
Terminals.
The ParaRede offer is structured according to three operational
divisions: Infrastructures, Services and Technologies, which together
provide specific solutions for Banking and Financial Services, TMT, Public
Administration
and Industry & Services market segments. Together with its Customers,
